1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns outside of the 30-day window may not be accepted.
2. Who Covers Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective product, wrong item sent), UriartePrince will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Please note: It may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, and we’ll cover all related shipping costs.
